Processing time: 1–2 business days for in-stock apparel, mugs, and flags. All other merchandize is made to order; expect up to 2 business weeks

Weekends & holidays: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

3. International Shipping

4. Order Tracking

5. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost in transit: If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier first. If still missing, email us at support@uncommon-breed.com and we’ll open an investigation.

Damaged or incorrect items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email photos and your order number to support@uncommon-breed.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
