Shipping Policy for Uncommon Breed LLC

1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days for in-stock apparel, mugs, and flags. All other merchandize is made to order; expect up to 2 business weeks

  • Weekends & holidays: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Carrier(s): USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on package size/weight).

  • Options & Transit Times:

    • Standard (USPS First Class or UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

    • Expedited (USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day): 2 business days

    • Express (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, or a flat rate of $X.00 for orders under $Y.00.

  • Free shipping: On all U.S. orders over $Z.00.

3. International Shipping

  • Carrier(s): USPS First Class International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, DHL Express.

  • Transit times: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs).

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout by carrier; you’ll see the exact shipping charge before you pay.

  • Customs, duties & taxes:

    • Import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

    • All customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

  • You can also track your order via the “Order Status” section on uncommon-breed.com.

5. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier first. If still missing, email us at support@uncommon-breed.com and we’ll open an investigation.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email photos and your order number to support@uncommon-breed.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
